Breakspear Park is located just off Junction 8 of the
M1 motorway, approximately 3 miles to the east of
Hemel Hempstead town centre.
There is a large area of cycle racks in the basement.
Three shower rooms and 12 lockers are available in
pod F of the office for BAM staff use.
Train
Car
Nearest stations are Hemel Hempstead (approximately
3 miles - London Midland from Euston every 20 minutes)
and Watford Junction (approximately 9 miles - London
Midland from Euston every 10 to 20 minutes, and London
Overground). There are also services to and from these
stations from Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow. A BAM
bus service leaves Watford Junction at 08.05, and returns to
Watford Junction, leaving Breakspear Park at 16.50.
BAM has 80 allocated car parking spaces. Staff and
visitors are therefore encouraged to car share wherever
possible. Parking will be made available on site for those
who car share.
Bus
Airports
Buses 634 (Hemel Hempstead train station to Stevenage)
and H13 (Hemel Hempstead train station to Maylands
industrial park) run between Breakspear Park and Hemel
train station (approximately 40 minute journey). Green Line
Express Buses 748, 758 and 768 run between Hemel
Hempstead bus station and central London approximately
every hour, including stops at Brent Cross, Baker Street,
Oxford Street and London Victoria. Bus 758 stops outside
Breakspear Park. Bus 550 runs between Hemel Hempstead
train station and Watford Junction.
Luton Airport is 8 miles away (20 minutes by taxi,
approximately £25), and Heathrow 21 miles (45 minutes
by taxi, approximately £40).
