you can go down the Tower Slides, build castles in the white sand, float in the Lazy River, ride a
wave in the Wave Pool, or play on the Splash Pad. Moody Gardens Hotel guests receive

Another popular activity at Palm Beach is Bands on the Sand. Sink your toes into the sand and
have a rocking good time every Friday and Saturday night while listening to some of the Gulf
Coast’s hottest bands on stage. Each concert will be followed by a spectacular fireworks display
over Offatts Bayou.
If you’re into sports, visit the Moody Gardens Golf Course and play 18 holes on our Jacobsen
Hardy designed course. With our Paspalum turf, our course is designed especially for seaside
golf and provides an outstanding playing surface. Another amazing addition to the Moody
Gardens property is the Ropes Course and Zip Line. The 5-tier addition is the tallest steel rope
course on the Gulf Coast and has obstacles for all ages. The Moody Gardens Zip Line races 60
feet in the air over Palm Beach and its lazy river. There is a Sky Tykes Rope Course to give
smaller kids their own course to explore.
Onsite attractions housed in three spectacular pyramids further enhance the Moody Gardens
experience. The newly renovated Aquarium, Rainforest and Discovery Pyramids as well as the
MG 3D & 4D Special FX Theaters, or take a cruise aboard the Colonel Paddlewheel Boat. The
Aquarium Pyramid opens Memorial Day weekend and is sure to be a hit. After undergoing a $39
million renovation, new additions include warm weather penguins, jellyfish and a real oil rig
platform!

Moody Gardens also boasts a fully equipped marina that affords visitors easy access to all of the
hotel’s amenities and onsite attractions. Located on Offatts Bayou adjacent to Palm Beach, the
Moody Gardens Marina features 17 slips, each equipped with a 50 amp power outlet, a fresh
water hookup and an area for dinghies. Overnight Marina guests can enjoy full access to the
hotel pool and are free to explore the resort’s onsite attractions! Marina guests will have access
to restrooms and showers next to Palm Beach.
