PROCLAMATION
OF FARM ROAD 2691:
DISTRICT OF OUTJO: KUNENE REGION
It is hereby made known (a)
in terms of section 22(2) of the Roads Ordinance, 1972 (Ordinance 17 of 1972),
that the Minister has under section 22( 1)(b) of the said Ordinance, in the district
of Outjo, proclaimed the road described in the Schedule and shown on sketchmap P2009 by the symbols A-B.
(b)
in terms of section 23(3) of the said Ordinance that the Minister has, under
section 23(1)( d) of the said Ordinance, declared the road referred to in paragraph
(a) to be a farm road (number 2691).
The said sketch-map shall at all times lie open for inspection at the office of the
Permanent Secretary: Works, Transport and Communication, Windhoek, during
normal office hours.
SCHEDULE
From a point (A on sketch-map P2009) at the junction with main road 67 on the farm
Kalkrand 257 generally southwards across the said farm to a point (B on sketch-map
P2009) on the said farm.

PERMANENT CLOSING OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE
SITUATED IN THE TOWN OF OUTJO
Notice is hereby given in terms of article 50(1)( c) of the Local Authorities Act of
1992 (Act 23 of 1992), that the Town Council of Outjo proposes to close permanently
the undermentioned Erf as indicated on the plan which lies for inspection during
normal office hours at the office the Town Council of Outjo.
Erf 432, Outjo ( + 2784 m2 ) situated in the central part of Outjo as indicated on Plan
W/97632-1.
Objections to the proposed closing are to be served on the Director Local Authorities
and Development Planning, Private Bag 13289, Windhoek and the Town Clerk, PO
Box 51, Outjo, within 14 days after the appearance of this notice in accordance with
article 50( 1)(c) of the above Act.

OF HEALTH REGULATIONS
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 30(1)(u) of the Local Authorities Act No.
23 of 1992 that the Local Authority Council of the Municipality of Keetmanshoop,
intends amending the Health Regulations for the 1997/98 financial year, by including
the following paragraph: "Hawkers:

That, a registration certificate must be obtained from the Municipality
for the amount of N$15,OO.
General Dealers : That, the amount of N$50,OO for inspection of business premises must
be paid, before the registration certificate is issued.
Temporary Stands : That, for all temporary stands a registration fee of N$10,OO will be
charged. "
