Erin Richardson with All-American Pest Control never thought she would work with her father…
but after 14 years of building a business and working with the best people in the industry, she’s
got the pest control “bug”… and she can’t imagine a better industry to serve. Erin’s grandfather
started their family business in 1961, and Erin purchased the business from her father in 2012.
All-American celebrates their 56th Birthday this year.
Erin brings excitement and a fresh perspective to the pest control industry. She is committed to
encouraging a green, sensible approach and finding new ways to build a strong business that
serves the Nashville Community. Erin recently served as President of the HBA Green Building
Council. She has also served nationally on the Professional Women in Pest Management Council
and Marketing Committee for the National Pest Management Association. Currently, Erin is
most passionate about All-American’s "Make Someone’s Day” program and “Wanted!"
recruitment program. These two initiatives have made a lasting impact on the health and
growth of All-American Pest Control. Erin is married to Gavin and they have three young boys.
Brooks is seven years old, Rhys is four and Whit is one.
