Introduction
Smoothies are a great way of mixing different ingredient combinations you would normally not use.
This chocolate, peanut butter smoothie is a low calorie smoothie under 200kcal that has a great taste
and may be used in a variety of situations for example; pre-training, recovery and as a meal
replacement.
Ingredients:

Almond Milk - Unsweetened, 250 ml (you can use other milks
if you want but this will affect the nutrition profile)
