If you use a furnace for heat, seasonal furnace maintenance is
essential to make sure your furnace is running efficiently and
safely. RECOMMENDED: A yearly maintenance check by a
professional technician! A home furnace checklist includes
changing the air filter, making sure the air vents are not
obstructed; if gas or propane is used make sure the tank is
topped off, and test-run the heater before you need it!
