Status of Women Grant Program Enhancement – Attending Conferences, Trainings or Events
The information requested on this form is collected and managed in accordance with Alberta’s Freedom of Information and Protection
of Privacy (“FOIP”) Act and the Human Services Grants Regulation, and will be used for the purpose of assessing your application.
As part of the assessment process, the information may be shared with the external review committee, comprised of members from
ministries across the Government of Alberta. In the event that your application contains personal information, the personal information
will be administered in accordance with sections 33-41 of the FOIP Act.
All information and documents submitted to the Minister become the property of the Minister and are subject to the Access to
Information provisions of the FOIP Act which grants a right of access to records in the Minister’s custody or control, subject to a
limited set of exemptions.
In the event that your application is unsuccessful your records will be retained by the Minister for a period of one year, at which point
your records will be destroyed after one year.
