***Two Free ”POOL/GYM” DAILY FEE COUPONS Included With Yearly Membership Purchase***
** STREET SHOES NOT ALLOWED!! (INCLUDES TENNIS SHOES OR ANY KIND OF SHOES
WORN OUTSIDE!) Non-marking sole shoes are required. Staff will monitor!
1. ABSOLUTELY NO DUNKING OR HANGING ON THE NET is allowed.
2. Basketballs are available for usage. . VOLLEYBALLS can be checked out at front desk for volleyball
Only! No footballs, softballs or baseballs are allowed at any time in the gym. Soccer is only allowed
during Soccer Program!
3. Full or cross court basketball must be approved by supervisor on duty.
4. Volleyball net usage is available if 12 people are interested in playing. The duration of the game will
be decided by the supervisor on duty based on the number of people playing basketball.
5. NO FOOD OR POP/JUICE ALLOWED in gym area at any time!

Resident = Must live inside City limits of Pipestone Non-Resident = Lives outside City Limits of Pipestone
*FAMILY includes one adult couple residing at the same permanent address (Proof of Address Required) AND any dependent children
through *FULL-TIME college students up to age 23
*Minimum-10 Credits *Must Present Valid College I.D. and Proof of Current

Weight Machines MUST BE CLEANED AFTER YOUR USAGE-Paper Towels are available!
CHILDREN UNDER 14 are not allowed in weight rooms or lounge area.
Student non-members 18 and under are not allowed upstairs in weight rooms or lounge area.
Student members 14 - 18 years of age will be allowed to use the weight rooms lounge under the
following conditions:
a. Must be properly trained by Rec Center Weight Trainer prior to using the weight equipment.
b. All student 14 - 18 year old members who have been trained will receive a cloverleaf punch on
their membership card. Membership cards must be presented in order to use the weight machines.
c. No warnings will be given for disciplinary action in the weight room or upstairs. Disciplinary
action will result in losing the privilege of using the weight room for the remainder of the
yearly membership.
6. Members/Adult Non-members 18 years of age and over will be allowed to use the weight rooms,
however, a training with Rec Center weight trainer is recommended prior to usage. A one-time weight
training is included in all memberships.
7. DO NOT DROP OR SLAM WEIGHTS-includes Free Weights or Weight Machines. Users not
abiding by this policy WILL BE WARNED the first time. If problem continues, the user will not be
allowed to utilize the weight room according to DISCIPLINE POLICY.

POOL RULES

2. Swimming suits must be clean and have a hem sewn in them. Shower is required prior to pool usage.
3. Parents - All small children wearing diapers are required to wear swimsuit diapers available at the
front desk for $10.00. Disposable diapers are available for $2.00.
4. ABSOLUTELY NO balls, kick boards, coins, tokens, woggles, etc. allowed in the pool during
regular open hours.
5. ABSOLUTELY NO diving, running, pushing, piggy backing, cannon balls or rough play is allowed
in the pool area.
6. Pool load limit - 40. Usage will be monitored by staff.
7. WARNING: Usage of the whirlpool/steam room may be hazardous to your health under these
conditions: *High Blood Pressure * Children under the age of 12 * Use of Prescription Medication
*Pregnancy *Heart Disease *Diabetes *Upper Respiratory Disease * Prolonged Use-10 Minutes
