Prayer intentions for the week:
The Church: for the church of Myanmar (Burma) and for Archbishop Stephen
Than Myint Oo
The World: for victims of extreme weather conditions including the present flooding
in France, Germany and Austria and the heatwave in India.
The Local Community: for the homes and families of Fairfax Court, Willow Close,
Hardwick Road, Waterloo Drive, Burnt Close, Ferrars Avenue and Caldecote Road and
for those who work , both paid and unpaid, for charities in and around St Neots.
Those who are ill: including Elizabeth Hickey, Margaret Gates, Rosemary Darrington,
Adrian Brand, Angela Baxter, Andrew Rowland, John Smith, Linda Browne, Dawn
Parsons, Diana Stokes and Rachel Fogg. Please also pray for all those whose names
are in the Messenger.
Those who have died: all who have recently died including Bishop John Taylor, Roger
Rowlatt, Joyce Saunders, Doreen Nicholl, Jenny Hawkins, Ted Ledwich, Libby
Laughton and Sheila Rawlings and those whose year’s mind fall at this time including
Lilian Coffee, Norah Reynolds, Rolf Stock, Bob Mayes, Douglas Whittred, Linda Mason,
John Taylor, Lilian Olver and Phyllis Crook
Christian Aid Collection Thank you to all those who helped with this year's door to
door collection. Together we raised £809.97, double the amount collected last
year. Thank you also to everyone who contributed.
Service of remembering and thanksgiving Sunday 12 June at 3pm. A time to
remember loved ones, and light a candle, followed by refreshments. All are welcome.
Sunday Service Time. As the end of the trial period approaches, the PCC invites

PCC will discuss this at the meeting on Tuesday, June 14th
