Terms & Conditions
• All parties have a party host assigned to them,
however, Clambers does not accept responsibility
for supervising party children. Adult to child ratios:
1 adult to every 3 children under 5; 1 adult to every
4 children aged between 5-8 years.
• The minimum number for a soft play party is 12 and
the maximum is 25.
• Please make us aware of any special dietary
requirements/allergies and any additional support
needs of any of the party children when booking.
• At the end of the party the team will begin clean
up duties. We would appreciate if you could vacate
the area as soon as your party is finished.
• A non-refundable deposit is required for the
minimum number attending when booking to
confirm the slot, with the exception of our exclusive
use party where the deposit is £150. The final
balance for all other parties is due to be paid 7 days
prior to the party.
• In order for us to prepare parties, it is essential that
numbers are confirmed 72 hours prior to the date of
the party. Any additional children who arrive will be
admitted subject to available space in the soft play
and will be charged full admittance price.
• Please note Clambers will not provide party bags.
• One table will be reserved in Clamber’s café area for
any parent/guardian wishing to stay with the party.
• Catering cannot be guaranteed for any additional
children who arrive on the day of the party.
We require at least 24 hours notice for any
adult catering, including teas & coffees.

experienced party hosts will ensure your
child is entertained and leaves with a smile
on their face. We provide a safe, secure and
fun environment for children’s activities and
parties - and why not choose to celebrate
in our designated party-room situated right
beside Clambers. All food is freshly prepared
in our very own Refresh cafe.
Organising parties for little ones is always
a big job. That special day only comes
once a year, so it needs to be perfect.
Don’t fret though, that’s where we come
in. We will take away the pressure and help
you organise everything from start to finish
