counts more than 190,000 Members in all 4 Atlantic Provinces. CAA is currently seeking a Full Time
Member Service Counsellor for our Member Service Centre at 5 Trinity Avenue, Fredericton.
The Position:
This blended position is primarily responsible for providing services to Members through the sale,
service or referral of appropriate CAA products or services. Critical to this position is a complete
knowledge of CAA Membership and all CAA products, services and Member benefits. This position is
also responsible for providing travel solutions within North America through the delivery of appropriate
CAA products and services.
A successful candidate will possess:







A high school diploma
experience with Microsoft Office computer applications
direct experience working with the public
unsurpassed commitment to customer service
strong interpersonal and organizational skills
superior knowledge of North American geography
post-secondary Travel and Tourism diploma would be considered an asset
We are looking for someone with:



Understanding of sales and service techniques and a strong customer service focus
Attention to detail with multi-tasking abilities
Flexibility and enthusiasm with availability for some weekend work
