Instructions
1. Frost all 12 cupcakes with the chocolate frosting.
2. P
ress 2 mini vanilla wafers into the frosting on a slight angle to create the
monkey ears.
3. A
dd a dollop of frosting to a regular sized vanilla wafer and place it in the bottomcenter of the cupcake. This will become the mouth and nose.
4. P
ress 2 white chocolate chips upside-down on the cupcake for the monkey eyes.
5. To create a pastry bag transfer the black frosting it into a re-sealable plastic bag.
Twist the bag until the frosting is pressed into the corner. With a pair scissors, snip
a small whole in the corner of the bag.
6. W
ith the black frosting draw on two dots for the nose, two dots on the white
chocolate chips for the eyes, and a fun mouth.
