Andrea’s Guacamole
Ingredients:

1 bunch
1 tablespoon
1 medium

large avocados
cilantro
sour cream
onion
firm Roma tomatoes
limes- juiced
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Scrape avocado into large bowl and mash to desired consistency. Keep pits
to add back into the guacamole keep guacamole from darkening.
2. Twist leaves off stems of cilantro; then chop leaves and add to mixture
3. Stir in sour cream (to make creamier).
4. Dice one medium onion and add to mixture.
5. Halve tomatoes and remove seed centers (seeds make it too runny); dice
tomatoes and add to mixture.
6. Add juice of two limes.
7. Salt and pepper to taste (Andrea uses more pepper than salt).
8. Mix everything together.
9. Add pits back to mixture.
10. Serve with Tortilla chips or on top of your favorite Mexican food.
11. Don’t leave exposed to air too long. When refrigerating, cover with plastic
close to the guacamole and remove as much air as possible so it doesn’t
turn black.
***for extra kick… add some jalapenos. For double extra kick, leave their seeds in!
