months by creating an invisible barrier in the top soil layer.
Pathclear® Weedkiller LC kills a wide range of annual and perennial
garden weeds.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
FOR USE ONLY AS A HOME GARDEN WEEDKILLER
For use on natural surfaces not intended to bear vegetation and
permeable surfaces overlying soil.
Maximum individual dose: 18 ml per 20 m². PROTECT FROM FROST.

Pathclear® Weedkiller LC should be applied from March onwards, when
the weeds are small and are actively growing. Apply on a dry day and do
not apply in windy conditions. Do not apply if rain is expected within 6
hours of application. Avoid treating in waterlogged conditions. Apply to an
area only once each year.
WHERE TO USE:
Pathclear® Weedkiller LC can be used to control weeds on gravel paths
and drives, along fences, walls and waste ground*. Can be used around
established trees and shrubs. Apply carefully making sure the product

does not contact the foliage or trunk of these plants.

TIPS
➊ Use either: watering can with a weedkiller sprinkle bar or a fine rose, or a
garden sprayer.
➋ Shake well before use.
➌ Simply snap off (or cut open) the top of the tube and mix with 1 litre of
water in a sprayer, or 5 litres of water in a watering can and mix
thoroughly.
➍ Apply evenly on the area to be treated. Ensure weeds and soil are
evenly wetted, (on areas of dense or large weed cover, ensure the
product makes contact with the soil, to prevent new weeds from
germinating).
➎ Wash equipment thoroughly with water after use and dispose of
washings or any unwanted dilute product on soil in a waste area away
from drains and gutters which is not going to be used to grow desirable
plants within two years.
➏ Visible effects in 14 days. Weed death may take up to 28 days.
The best weed control is achieved using handheld pressurized spray application. If
applying the product through a watering can with a dribble bar, optimum weed control
may not always be achieved. To achieve optimum long-term weed control do not
disturb the treated area. Do not use in mild or galvanised steel watering cans.
CAUTION:
Pathclear® Weedkiller LC kills all green plant growth and prevents seed
germination.
DO NOT apply to cultivated areas and lawns unless you want to kill them.
If an area needs to be cultivated, allow at least 6 months between
treatment and replanting. Dig the soil well to reduce the risk of damage to
subsequent planting. Where this or other products containing diflufenican
are applied in successive years, diflufenican will build up in the soil. There
is a risk of damage to subsequent plantings even if soil is well dug.
*DO NOT use Pathclear® Weedkiller LC on impermeable surfaces or
surfaces underlaid with impermeable material, such as concrete, tarmac,
decking and paved areas, where the weedkiller solution might run off on to
adjacent lands, or into drains or gutters.
To avoid transfer to lawns and other desired vegetation, do not walk on
treated areas until the product has dried.

Keep children and pets away from treated areas until spray has dried.
KEEP OFF SKIN.
WASH OFF SPLASHES IMMEDIATELY.
WASH HANDS AND EXPOSED SKIN AFTER USE.
Environmental protection
DO NOT CONTAMINATE WATER with the product or its tube.
Do not empty into drains.
Storage and disposal
Keep out of the reach of children.
Keep away from food, drink and animal feeding stuffs.
KEEP IN ORIGINAL TUBE, tightly closed, in a safe place.
Do not re-use tube for any other purpose and dispose of safely.
Dispose of empty tube in the dustbin.
Dispose of unused product in its tube at a household waste site (civic
amenity site). Contact your local council (local authority) for details.
Contains 20 g/L diflufenican and 125 g/L glyphosate formulated as a
suspension concentrate.
VERY TOXIC TO AQUATIC ORGANISMS, MAY CAUSE
LONG-TERM ADVERSE EFFECTS IN THE AQUATIC
ENVIRONMENT.
