Rare Gases.
Neon, Krypton and Xenon, the rare or noble gases, are only
present in the air in trace amounts. Air contains just 0.0018%
Neon, 0.00011% Krypton and 0.000009% Xenon.
Linde has been developing innovative plant concepts that
boost the capture of rare gases from secondary streams in
major air separation plants.
Today HiQ® offers the highest purity of rare gases, such as
Neon, Krypton and Xenon supplied in a variety of cylinder
packages and amounts. Deuterium and other isotopic
products are also available.

Many sectors and applications are experiencing a strong trend towards miniaturisation. Fuel cells
and analysers, such as the Micro-GC, are also being developed in increasingly smaller sizes, making
it necessary for the gas supply to be just as compact.
HiQ® MICROCAN from Linde is a high-pressure cylinder with a maximum of 200 bar filling pressure.
The name HiQ® MICROCAN links to one of its main applications - carrier gases such as Helium or
Nitrogen in modern MICRO-GCs.

ECOCYL® Portable Gases.
The requirement for calibration gases in small, portable cylinders
has expanded as applications in areas such as remote
environmental monitoring, industrial hygiene, health & safety and
mobile laboratory instrumentation continue to grow.
ECOCYL® are small, refillable cylinders equipped with cylinder
valve, pressure regulator and flow meter fully integrated within
the cylinder protection cap. The result is an easy, ready for use
system. The all-in-one system enhances portability and
convenience for remote calibration.

Both SPECTRA-SEAL® and HiQ® 60 offer a 60
months shelf life with guaranteed stability for
gas mixtures and high purity gases, allowing

SPECTRA SEAL® environmental products offer
stability for reactive environmental monitoring
standards. SPECTRA-SEAL® Calibration standards
are recognized around the world for consistent
