This package is needed when you require any type of sound projection from devices
such as microphones, laptops or iPods. Audio sound systems do not include microphones,
laptops or iPods. which need to be ordered separately.
Digital Recording Package
Includes: 16 Channel mixer, up to 16 gooseneck microphones
Digital audio recorder, graphic equalizer processing rack,
Sound System, all cables, power cords,
2 copies of recording on Flash Drive (MP3 format)
*Audio-Visual Technician Operator Required
This package will enable you to record your meeting. Wireless microphones
must be order separately. The Audio Visual Technician required to monitor the recording
is not included in the package price and needs to be reserved separately.

When using a production/3rd Party Audio Visual company for events in the Ballroom, an
Audio Visual shadow fee is applicable for 4 hours minimum at load in and 4 hours minimum
at load out. A representative from our Audio Visual department will monitor and ensure
that all set ups are within guidelines.
