here to be enjoyable and memorable. To ensure that it
is, we ask for your consideration with respect to our
Park Rules so that you and everyone of all ages will
have a pleasant experience.

ELECTRICAL WARRANTS: All caravans and motorhomes
must have a current electrical warrant before connecting to
the power points.
INTERNET: Computers area available in the TV lounge – $1
and $2 coins can be used. Wireless internet is available
within the Park. Login cards are availble at reception for a
small fee.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES: Located on the right of the main
ablution block. $4 per load of washing and $1 for dryers.
Machines use $1 and $2 coins.
NOISE: We ask that all guests restrict their noise level after
10.30pm and before 7.00am. No music or radios after
10.30pm.
PARKING: Sites are for guests’ vehicles only. Please ask
your visitors to park outside the Park or, if there is space, in
the visitor’s car park at Reception. Vehicle labels must be
displayed at all times.
PETS: Pets are only allowed into the park in low season but a
prior arrangement must be made. Please refer to Pet Policy
on our website:www.hotwaterbeachtop10.co.nz
REFUNDS: Peak and High Season deposits are
non-refundable. No refunds will be given to guests checking
out of the Park early due to weather disruptions. All days and
guests booked must be paid for at check-in.
SECURITY: We have Duty Managers patrolling the Park at
night and they are authorised, if necessary, to instruct guests
to limit their noise and to remove visitors not adhering to Park
rules.
SHOWERS: Showers are free but run on a timer for 5
minutes. Please push the button outside the cubicle to start
the hot water timer.
SMOKING: Please remember that it is an offence to smoke
in public areas. A cleaning fee will be incurred if guests are
found to be smoking in Park accommodation.
TELEPHONE: A local tollfree phone is located in the Main
Facility building next to the Laundry.
TOUR BOOKINGS: Please talk to our friendly Reception staff
for assistance with local tour bookings or forward
accommodation bookings at any of over 45 TOP 10 Holiday
Parks throughout New Zealand.
VISITORS: All visitors must report to the office and will be
required to pay $5.00 per person.
All visitors must leave the Park by 10pm.
