Notice of Specified Date
Pursuant to Regulation 12 of Bank of Baroda General (Shares &
Meetings) regulations 1998 as amended, Notice is hereby given that
Friday, 15th May 2015 has been fixed as the Specified Date for the
purpose of determining the Shareholders who shall be entitled to
participate (i.e., nominate, contest and vote) in the Election of ONE
Director of Bank of Baroda, to be elected by the Shareholders other
than the Central Government from amongst themselves, to be
conducted pursuant to Section 9(3)(i) of the Banking Companies
(Acquisition & Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 at the 19th Annual
General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Bank to be held at
Vadodara (Gujarat), the date for which will be notified to the Stock
Exchanges separately.
