In January everything is new, we have a fresh start with unlimited possibilities. This is the time when we cast our vision for the coming year. What is your vision for your spiritual life, relationships, finances, business goals and your physical and mental wellbeing? We make our resolutions and then ask ourselves; “Am I getting better every year?” My vision for ABWA Camelot is to be bigger, stronger and better in 2016. How? We are going to grow our membership to 50 or more. We are an amazing group of women and we will attract those who are like us. We’ll support and mentor all our members and become stronger as a team so we can achieve more. We are going to try new things, go new places and experience a vibrant ABWA Camelot. Next month we will be working on our Team Charter at the general meeting. I invite you to log on to WIN to get familiar with the process. This is the first step in achieving Best Practices.
