Function
You will participate to our Corporate Graduate Program which will start in autumn 2016 and will
give you the opportunity to gain insight into our main business processes by rotating in various
divisions and departments. This allows you to have a full picture and an end-to-end view of our
business. During 18 months you will be guided by a mentor as well as by a tutor and various
teachers to ensure that you will get the relevant knowledge in a most professional way. In
addition to the on-the-job activities and rotations, the program also includes some education
modules. After the program you will start with the target position as Account Consultant and you
will handle the following tasks:

Fulfil our mission in “Customer Success” to gain our customers satisfaction and loyalty; talking to
the clients to really understand their needs, visiting them, listening to them, understanding their
business, acknowledging their weak points and their needs in terms of solutions, services,
processes and organization
Interpret, analyze and understand customers needs, generating ideas, supplying the most
effective solution in terms of software, services and processes
Provide consultancy to customers in changing the bank organization and structure to answer to
Avaloq services and Avaloq Sourcing Master solution characteristics
Support the maintenance and the mission of an effective community of our customers
Support the evolution of the governance models of Avaloq Sourcing to manage the relationship
with clients
Support the maintenance and the evolution of the architecture of communication with our
customers
Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or Physics
- Banking knowledge and financial services know how
- Strong communication skills, producing clear and effective documents and presentations
- Strategic thinking, conceptual modelling, analytical and problem solving abilities
- Leadership, high sense of responsibility and capacity to work both independently and as a team
player
- Client orientation and negotiation skills
- High motivation, result orientation, interest in self development and stress resistance
- Flexibility and openness for changes
- Fluency in English and Italian are required, any other Swiss language considered as a plus
