– Description –
A potential anomaly exists with the 1444-DYN04-01RA Dynamic Measurement Module. Pin identification labels may
have been incorrectly installed that may cause the mating connectors to be interchanged. Attempts to force the

– Temporary Workarounds –
The functionality of the product is not affected. Customers should refer to the product User Manual, publication

ATTENTION: Only persons skilled in the maintenance of industrial control and electrical
equipment should attempt to perform the following remediation actions. Failure to follow industry
standard safety procedures, including Lock-Out / Tag-Out (LOTO) and use of appropriate levels of
personal protective equipment (PPE), may result in harm to personnel or loss of equipment.
Correction of this anomaly requires replacement of the connector number labels. Customers receiving this
notification through postal mail will receive a number of labels equal to the number of potentially affected product
shipped, based on Rockwell Automation shipment and sales records. Verify that your modules are affected as
described in the Product Identification section of this document before performing remediation actions. Refer to
Appendix B of this document for installation instructions.
Customers are encouraged to perform the label replacement remediation on site. If desired, you may return product
through your Rockwell Automation Distributor or local Rockwell Automation Sales Office for replacement. Unopened
product should be returned with the carton seals intact.
If you believe you have affected product but have not received replacement labels, contact Rockwell Automation
Technical Support and reference this Product Notice PN 2015-12-002 to request additional labels.
