Overlapping Doo r Fi rs t identi fy the type of do or to whi ch your Whatlo ck is to be fitted . B ef ore fitting , de cide where you ar e going to place your Whatlo ck. We sugge s t about 2” above or belo w your existing door knob or handle . Component s Your Whatlo ck lo ck will operat e through glass, wood, ceramic tiles, la minates and non-ferrous metals . Suitable for doors up to a maximu m of 25mm (1 inch) thi ck . Identi fy ea ch pa rt and che ck that you have the correct quantities as shown in the component list (left) . Remove all the items from the pa ck aging . Step 1. On the template peel off the narro w adhesive strip (1) and affix onto the front face of the cupboard side (over lapping doors) or door stop (flus h doors) with the guide line over the inside edge as shown . Step 2. F old the template onto the ins ide wall of the cupboard (2...........2), then accuratel y mark the two s triking plate s crew hol es (3) , with a pen cil or s harp obje ct. Step 3. Leave the template in position, pee l the back ing paper from the foam tape, and close the door firmly onto the template . Step 4.
