Turn in all 3 along with complete payment. Forms without payment will be held and not considered to be registered until payment arrives. • If you order a T-shirt make sure that you indicate the size and style. If you want both, please indicate so on your registration form. • On the registration form make sure under restrictions and limitations you list current data. (I.E. You hurt your leg, what does that mean? Cannot walk long distances? Cannot climb stairs? etc) , (You have a heart condition, what does that mean? Does it mean you cannot walk long distances, cannot be exposed to extremes in weather?) Telling us the problem does not help us to serve you if you do not list the limitations like above. • On class selections, please read the workshop registration form carefully. You cannot take an all day session from 8:30am till 4:30pm and still sign up for classes at 9am – 10:15am. Please read the scheduled class times. • Please mark 1st thru 4th choices for sessions. As workshops fill, we go down the list. The best practice is to submit your forms early for a greater chance in getting your 1st or 2nd choices. • Mail only to Jackie Ramsey at the address given on the registration page. Do not turn into your local office or give to your membership manager. When emailing your form, if you pay by credit card, please list the card on the form in the space given. Do not call later with the number as this adds an extra step in registering. If emailing the form and sending a check later note that you will not be registered or put in classes until payment is received. • Again make sure you include all three forms – Workshop-Registration-Health History • We want to best serve you and by following these guidelines we can do that. The reason this is being addressed is because we have had several registration issues in the past and we do not want a repeat. Thanks in advance and looking forward to seeing everyone at LEAP! Pam Sapp , LEAP Chair Savannah 2016 [email protected] 5 Spirit Stick Contest New This Year! CREATIVE CAPES! Each Service Unit attending is being asked to decorate a cape that describes your Service Unit or Area’s SUPERpower and bring it to LEAP for the Spirit Stick Contest! No indication of the Service Unit name or area should be included. Cape must be anonymous for judging. You can be as creative as you like in describing your “SUPERpowers.” For example, if your SA is really strong at recruitment then you could cover your cape with lots of little capes representing the girls or if your SA puts on a really great event you could decorate your cape to depict that event. The possibilities are endless! All decoration items and cape must be brought by the Service Unit. The unit houses will be available Friday evening if your group needs to add some finishing touches. The capes will be due the lodge on Saturday between 5:00pm and 5:30pm. Then all participants must leave the lodge for judging by an impartial panel. The winners will be announced at dinner on Saturday night. The winners will receive a gift card for their Service Unit as well as the Spirit Stick. After dinner and the announcement of the Spirit Stick winners, we will have a Cape Walk to show off all the hard work and creative ideas.
