Online Marketing VibrantCompany.com Online Marketing Development The Client St. Peter’s Health Partners - Community Hospice The Challenge St. Peter’s Health, Community Hospice wanted to invest in reaching out to the community using online marketing to spread the word of hospice and increase utilization while growing their census. The Results Vibrant reviewed the current social media and online efforts and developed an online marketing plan for St. Peter’s staff to implement. The client implemented the plan and now has the most likes of any hospice program in the world. Community Hospice will have hundreds if not thousands of likes per individual post and boasts an immense community of followers. Vibrant continues to work for St. Peter’s Health on projects ranging from websites, brochures and video production. Online Marketing The Client Country Club Auto Group The Challenge Country Club Auto Group knew they needed to shift their marketing strategy from traditional to online. Country Club selected Vibrant to craft an online marketing plan designed to reach individuals with the promotions and vehicles most appropriate to the specific buyer. Vibrant developed a multi faceted approach using popular social media venues including; Google, Youtube, Facebook and Instagram to directly reach targeted consumers with offers and vehicles. Vibrant developed click funnels for the specific campaigns which drove visitors directly to advertising tailored to their searches. In addition Vibrant continually develops viral videos and content for the client to help with brand building and name recognition. Social Media Audience Building The Client University at Albany The Challenge The University at Albany wanted to increase their online engagement with alumni but were frustrated with their results using social media. The Bright Ideas Vibrant developed a plan for the school’s social media outreach and online marketing as well as guidelines and training for the campaign. Vibrant developed a “Likes for Dollars” campaign designed to increase the alumni Facebook likes. Vibrant also directly targeted alumni on Linked In as well as Twitter. Vibrant outlined specific campaign goals in order to structure a more effective plan. One of our primary initial goals was to double the alumni Facebook “like” count but only with actual alumni. Vibrant also audited the organization’s posts and content to make recommendations on what was working and what was not. The Results The University at Albany more than doubled their Facebook likes consisting of actual alumni in less than 6 months. The new programs Vibrant put in place as well as content adjustments increased engagement and activity significantly. Vibrant continues to work with the college on content development and incremental improvements to their online outreach. Online Marketing & Social Media The Client City of Oneonta The Challenge The City of Oneonta wanted to better promote the city as a tourism destination and the quality of life. The City needed to increase their online visibility and traffic. The Bright Ideas Vibrant developed a bright energetic design highlighting the cities attributes. An online marketing campaign was launched to increase traffic through the site and to the cities social media accounts. Vibrant also produced a very popular video series highlighting the city. The Results The City of Oneonta web traffic has more than doubled as well as their social media presence. The city continues to work with Vibrant on incremental improvements and awareness building. Online Marketing The Client Town of Roscoe (Beverage Campaign) The Challenge The Town of Roscoe wanted to highlight their emerging beverage industry. The Roscoe Beer company combined with the Prohibition Distillery were experiencing individual growth and success but the town needed to market themselves as a destination centered around these and other properties. The Bright Ideas Vibrant developed a custom online marketing plan to brand and promote the town using Google and Facebook advertising. We developed a partner plan for individual roscoe properties to participate in. The Results The campaign delivered thousands of targeted and qualified visitors to the roscoe site and converted to hundreds of visitors to the town. The entire town reported one of their best years in recent history. Online Marketing The Client Visions Federal Credit Union The Challenge Visions Federal Credit Union continues to grow as one of the largest credit unions in the country. Growth presents new challenges and Vibrant was tasked with discovering new ways to reach distant markets where name recognition is not as strong. The Result Using a combination of Facebook, Twitter, Linked In and Youtube Advertising, Vibrant has been able to directly target new and potential members in expanding markets. Vibrant worked with Visions to improve their outreach via low cost and extremely targeted online marketing. Using online marketing via social media allows us to target members and potential members with precise messaging. Visions currently has over 15,000 likes on Facebook and continues to use online marketing to reach new audiences. • Video Production • Online Marketing • Social Media Audience Building Online Marketing Campaign The Client Catskill Region Tourism The Challenge The Catskill Region is made up of four counties in New York State. Vibrant was hired to boost the web presence of the region and direct more traffic to the site and the individual county websites. The Results The Catskill Region website went from 3,000 visits per year to almost 300,000 once the new site was launched. The site became the top referring site to the individual county websites. Vibrant has continued development on the site since 2006 and we increase site visits each year. The Catskills site features an integrated online marketing program directing new visitors to the site regularly using Facebook and Google advertising. The site is a huge asset to the region and individual county tourism. The Google Grant The Clients Most non profit clients are eligible What is it The Google Grant gives qualifying non profits $10,000.00 per month in free online advertising. Vibrant is a Google certified agency and has aquired the grant for dozens of organizations. The grant is severely under utilized. Vibrant takes great satisfaction in acquiring the grant for our clients and applying it to their marketing. How we maximize effectiveness Instead of just advertising services or building general awareness we develop custom campaigns to solve specific marketing problems. For example if an organization has constant employment needs we can identify keywords for job searchers and send them directly to a page advertising open positions. The Results When setup correctly and adjusted regularly the Google Grant is transformative for organizations. We effectively deliver a constant stream of visitors who would not have found the organization otherwise. Vibrant has setup and adjusts the Google Grant for the majority of our non profit clients.
