The property is located on Elba Island, a 5 minute drive from the town of Marciana
Marina. Marciana Marina has a population of 1.900 inhabitants, and it is the smallest
municipality of the Tuscany region in terms of urban population. This little delightful
town is one of the most picturesque centres of the island. The luxury Tuscan villa is
surrounded by 26.000sqm of green and truly peaceful Mediterranean vegetation; the
beach is two kilometres away and Elba airport is 10km away. This property is the ideal
place for a special private getaway where guests can enjoy one of the most charming
and captivating vacation spots in the Mediterranean Sea.
The luxury rental villa was designed by the “Atelier d'Architecture Jean Serex” the
world famous Swiss architect of the Corbusian School. Many levels are visible from
the outside, reminding of unsystematically stacked white Lego-blocks. It has a surface
of approximately 722sqm. Beautiful and stylish interiors, carefully selected interior
decorations and chic furniture are mostly white and blue and classic and modern
artworks and statues are placed throughout the property and its grounds. The ground
floor of the private villa mainly consists of the two living areas, dining area, lobby and
fully equipped kitchen and pantry. This area has access to the outside terrace and pool
deck. Flat screen satellite TV's, iPod docking, a music system and air-conditioning and
Wi-Fi are some of the modern luxuries in this amazing villa.
Ten private and comfortable double bedrooms all have en suite bathrooms. On the
other side of the swimming pool are two spacious bedrooms and the rest of the
bedrooms are on a floor above the living areas that consist of many levels. The living
area has a WC for guests.
Next to the main building there is a 14m x 8m pool, with a diving board and
surrounded by deckchairs. There is also a dining area and a spacious terrace
overlooking the sea, offering visitors one of the most captivating views of the entire

island. The estate has a regulation sized tennis court, and an amphitheatre ideal for
watching tennis matches which can also turn out to be a brilliant location for events.
Furthermore, positioned in a key location deep in the green and lush Mediterranean
scrub, there is a barbecue area with an ample dining area nearby. All around the
building are smaller terraces and balconies on the higher levels.
