Appearance
Butter biscuits in pieces with intense butter smell and flavour.
Characteristics
Crispy butter biscuits in pieces ideal to prepare plentiful specialties for
gelato and pastry. They are particularly suggested to prepare Olimpo
and Olimpia gelato flavours.
Excellent also to decorate and fill gelato tubs and decorate gelato
cups, mousse in tub and Frozen Yogurt.
