Developed by NASA to far exceed the contaminant removal abilities of any other ?lter whilst leaving in bene?cial minerals such as calcium and magnesium. Having to develop a ?ltration media capable of protecting against potential
radioactive contamination and in emergencies for astronauts to produce portable water from urine has given the
AQUASPACE unique features for the removal of organicinorganic chemicals, heavy metals and nitrates, herbicides,
pesticides and many other contaminants. Physically this ?lter has a pore size of 1 micron but the patented absorption process is such that it easily removes and retains contaminants under half that size.
One gram of the AQUASPACE media has an absorption area of 2000 sq metres. When tested by an independent lab
in the USA, contaminated city water ?ltered through an AQUASPACE cartridge was shown to have identical taste and
purity when compared with Evian Bottle water.
