travelling easier and simpler for commuters

You'll save 20% if you use
a MyBus TravelTen
The number of fare bands has been reduced and
travel will become cheaper for longer distances.
For the first time, you will be able to pre-purchase a
multi-ride discounted ticket valid on both private and
government buses.
The MyBus TravelTen ticket is designed for use on
both private and government bus services. MyBus
TravelTen tickets are valid for a total of 10 trips over an
unrestricted time period. Once you have made 10 bus
trips, your MyBus TravelTen is no longer valid.

Private buses
When travelling on a private
bus, hand your pre-purchased MyBus TravelTen to
the driver for validation. Each trip on a private bus is
marked on the front of the MyBus ticket by the driver.
Customers must present their concession entitlement
when travelling with a MyBus (or MyMulti)
concession ticket.
You will still have the option of purchasing a single
(one-way) ticket with cash on a private bus or you can
pre-purchase a discounted MyBus TravelTen ticket from
a MyZone ticket reseller or a CityRail station.
Government buses
When travelling on a government bus, dip your
pre-purchased MyBus TravelTen in the green ticket
validator. The validator will print the details of each trip
on the back of the MyBus TravelTen.
MyBus TravelTen tickets must be pre-purchased
prior to travelling on the bus.
Ticket resellers can be easily identified by
the MyZone PrePay flags from 3 April.

Where to buy your MyZone tickets
MyMulti tickets purchased from ticket resellers and Sydney
Buses Transit shops are valid from date of first use. MyMulti
tickets purchased from CityRail and Sydney Ferries are valid
from the date of purchase.
Transfer tickets
Existing transfer ticketing arrangements with your
individual bus company will remain.
Pensioner Excursion Tickets
and Family Funday Sunday
The existing $2.50 Pensioner Excursion Ticket
and Family Funday Sunday ticket remain. Existing
terms and conditions of use apply.
School travel
The School Student Transport Scheme is not changing.

MyMulti Train Zone Boundaries
MyMulti1, 2 and 3 tickets provide
unlimited private and government bus
travel plus unlimited government ferry travel in
the greater Sydney region, and train travel up
to 3 train zones (see opposite).

All MyMulti tickets give you unlimited travel on all
government and private buses and government ferries, as
well as train travel in up to three train zones. MyMulti train
zones are bounded by certain train station
boundaries. To check which MyMulti train
