The bizhub 25e is a true business professional that out-performs
conventional “all-in-one” devices, bringing productivity and performance
to your desktop. It’s a solution that saves energy, simplifies your workflow
and provides monochrome print/copy output at up to 25 ppm, with
expandable paper capacity so you can work longer with less reloading.
A standard 80-sheet duplexing automatic document feeder allows you
to efficiently print, copy, scan and distribute information. Intelligent fax
capability with 1,030 broadcast stations and 1,000 speed dials gives
you all-in-one productivity you can rely upon. And toner capacity of up
to 20,000 sheets lowers your cost of ownership – so you’ll have speed,
performance and reliability you can depend on.

and copies
To accommodate multi-platform workflow, the bizhub 25e
comes standard with PCL5e/XL and offers print options
for PostScript 3, barcode printing and PDF direct print.
And full MFP functionality includes productivity features
you’d expect to find only on full-size MFPs.
A small footprint fits more document power in less space.
Print resolution of 600 × 600 dpi creates monochrome
documents with superior detail, consistent toner coverage
in solid fills, and clean, crisp text even against toned
backgrounds. You can print on paper up to 216 × 279 mm
and 216 × 356 mm, the sizes you use most often – with
auto duplex to help you save paper by quickly and easily
producing 2-sided copies and prints.
Operation is simple, with the convenience of a 5.8"
touch-screen and intuitive, user-friendly menus. A unique
“My MFP” mode brings commonly used features together
on a single screen that can be customised for individual
users. Personal address books can also be customised.
You can print directly from or scan to a USB thumb drive,
with convenient front-panel input. Or you can choose the
wireless printing option for total convenience.
A standard 500-sheet tray allows you to load a whole
ream of paper. A 100-sheet bypass tray supports special
papers, including letterhead and heavy paper stock. Add
up to three optional trays, and maximum paper capacity
rises to 2,100 sheets for long unattended print/copy runs.

In addition to print/copy output up to 25 ppm, the
bizhub 25e expands your productivity with fast colour
scanning to multiple destinations. You can scan to
network printers, email addresses, FTP locations, PC
Folders and USB flash drives. A standard 80-sheet
duplexing automatic document feeder saves time when
you’re scanning long documents.
In the digital networked era, security precautions are
essential – and the bizhub 25e gives you more ways to
protect documents and devices, including password login
with active directory support, secure fax reception and
secure printing (requiring a control-panel password before
printing), and automatic fax routing to secure PC folders.
You can also send scanned documents as secure PDFs
that require a password before files can be opened.
The bizhub 25e is also a high-speed fax, with advanced
facsimile functions like group addressing, broadcast
sending and PC faxing to distribute information with
greater ease. An optional output tray can be attached to
the right side of the machine and used to separate output
– print jobs in one tray, fax output in another so you’ll
never lose a fax again.
Nobody protects your data like Konica Minolta – and no

bizhub 25e provides low power consumption and energysaving operating modes.
