The ClydeUnion S&N Pumps E~Z Lift Neptune is a fully automated,
safe, overboard deployed seawater lift system. Each system is
specifically designed for harsh offshore conditions and features:
• Custom engineered roller deployment system that intuitively
maintains the radius bend of the hose throughout deployment and
retraction
• Dual heavy duty, non-collapsible 10 cm to 15 cm (4” to 6”) hose in
380 cm to 510 cm (150’ to 200’) lengths
• Each system is designed with a wire rope inside each hose, and
will support the entire weight of the pumps, shroud and full water
columns eliminating hose stretch and extending hose life
• The E~Z Lift Neptune can handle from 450 m³/hr (2,000 USgpm)
to 1,136 m³/hr (5,000 USgpm) depending on hose size
• 2 year warranty on the motor, gearbox and control panel

Deployment rollers
Designed specifically to maintain the correct radius bend of the

Hinged & pin locked to the skid. Designed to open during servicing
of the pump. Protects the hoses from getting outside of the skid
during use

Pumps can be provided by ClydeUnion S&N Pumps or existing
pumps can plug and play

• Each system is fitted with our custom engineered cable saddles
• The power cable runs through the saddles and rests between the hose
• Cable banding runs through the saddles and around the hoses and
prevents unwanted sagging in the power cable and provides protection
from external contact
