Each group/unit must be identified by a sign or banner carried by a walker or mounted on the front of
the unit.
3.
Parade participants must be costumed/designed appropriate to the theme of the parade. All parade
participants must contribute to the theme.
4.
Parade participants may not sell or offer for sale any commodity, service, food or drink on the day of
parade.
5.
Canvassing or asking for donations is prohibited.
6.
Parade participants may not distribute literature without the Legion’s prior approval.

8.
For safety reasons, no parade participants may jump on or off of a float or moving vehicle and may not
interfere with any other unit in the parade.
9.
All animal entries must have a costumed person following behind with cleanup equipment.
10.
Any parade participant that slows or impedes the progress of the parade may be directed to withdraw
from the parade.
11.
The official parade Easter Bunny is the only Easter Bunny allowed in the parade. No entry may depict
the Easter Bunny without the Legion’s prior approval.
12.
Failure to abide by this agreement may result in removal from the parade formation and/or not being
accepted for participation in future parades. At its sole discretion, the Legion may remove any entry
