BATH OLIVER BISCUITS
A Bath Oliver is a hard dry biscuit or cracker made from flour, butter, yeast and
milk: often eaten with cheese. It was invented by physician William Oliver of
Bath, Somerset around 1750, giving the biscuit its name.
BATH BLUE – produced 4 miles away in Kelston Bath
A classic blue veined cheese made from the milk of organic cows. It is ripened in
traditional stone built rooms for eight to ten weeks to give a blue veined taste.
BATH SOFT - produced 4 miles away in Kelston Bath
A square cheese that is soft and yielding with a white bloomy ring. Once cut it
reveals an ivory coloured interior. The flavour is mushroomy and creamy with a
hint of Lemon.

The Keens family have been making cheese at the Moorhayes Farm, Wincanton
since 1898. It is handmade and matured for at least ten months on wooden
shelves before going into store. The cheese is made with unpasteurised cow’s
milk. The cheese is smooth and firm textured with long, complex, rich, nutty
flavours and a tangy bite at the end.

Made by ‘Lubborn Creamery’ in Somerset. Capricorn has a delicate, velvety,
soft white coat. When young it is mild, crumbly and has a nutty flavour. As it
ripens the white curds become softer and creamier and develop a fuller flavour.
