This versatile tubing management solution offers unique features and options:
Solid body construction. Precision CNC machined aluminum
components, combined with a flange gasket to maintain bulkhead integrity.
Integral Push-in Fittings. Now available for 1/8”, 5/32”, 1/4” , 3/8”, 4mm, 6mm and 8mm tube sizes.
Threaded ports. You can chose a fitting best suited for a particular tubing. Tubing sizes and types can be varied
on each connector.
Face seal O-ring. All the O-rings are retained to prevent loss during disconnection. Face sealing shortens the
interlock distance, making operation easier when handling stiff tubing bundles.
Pressure Rating. Gas – 125 psi, Liquid – 125 psi non-shock.
Low connection force. The sealing forces are generated by the threaded collar.
Clear, legible numbering. Laser engraved in an easy to interpret system.
Compact. The small footprint and high tube density frees valuable cabinet volume for access and components.
Available options:
Feed through. This unit features a socket on both ends. This allows for devices on either side of the bulkhead to be
removed without
requiring two separate connectors or removing the socket from the bulkhead.
In line. Our newest series style for splitting an umbilical. The socket
features a knurled flange for a good grip and a mounting flange for the Jacket Adapter.
Integrated bundle protection. Called the Jacket Adapter, it provides a robust and secure method of attaching a
protective jacket to the plug body.
Line options. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14,16, 19, and 22 lines are the standard available line options. Special line
counts and port sizes can be accommodated.
Alternative materials. 303 stainless, brass, Acetal, Polypropylene and HDPE
Applications. Suitable for most applications that use pressurized air for control, motion, sensing, instrumentation,
etc.
