What is a SkyDrive? - Union County College

What is a SkyDrive?
Union County College supplies all students with storage space for their documents through Microsoft
Windows Live SkyDrive. This will replace your current M: drive that is located on the Union County College
local server.
Windows Live SkyDrive is a file hosting service that allows users to upload files to a cloud storage area and
then access them from a web browser. Simply put, the cloud storage is an off site server that your files are
being stored on. You will be able to access these files from any computer with internet access.
Your SkyDrive has 25GB of personal storage, with individual files limited to 50 MB.
