Following the last Board Meeting, Tyson Sayles tendered his resignation as an officer of the Board. Subsequently, your Board of Directors voted to appoint Owner Bob Mansell as director at large. A big thank you to Tyson for his contributions to improve The Broadway Hollywood, and to Bob for volunteering to improve your community! Speaking of improving your community…your Board and Management, in conjunction with Coast Parking, is looking into the possibility of guest parking solutions. We will be sending out a survey to all owners within the next couple of weeks in order to gauge the amount of use the proposed service will receive. Let us know what you think, please return the survey via email, fax or just drop it off at the desk. The Los Angeles Fire Department requires all high rise buildings to test their fire life safety components annually. This year, the Regulation #4 Testing will take place on Tuesday, June 30.
