MANAGER’S MESSAGE
Greetings of Summer,
Your Board of Directors has changed! Following the last Board Meeting, Tyson Sayles tendered his resignation as an officer of the Board. Subsequently, your Board of Directors voted to
appoint Owner Bob Mansell as director at large. A big thank you to Tyson for his contributions
to improve The Broadway Hollywood, and to Bob for volunteering to improve your community!
Speaking of improving your community…your Board and Management, in conjunction with
Coast Parking, is looking into the possibility of guest parking solutions. We will be sending out
a survey to all owners within the next couple of weeks in order to gauge the amount of use the
proposed service will receive. Let us know what you think, please return the survey via email,
fax or just drop it off at the desk.
The Los Angeles Fire Department requires all high rise buildings to test their fire life safety
components annually. This year, the Regulation #4 Testing will take place on Tuesday, June 30.
Additional details to follow.
Happy Father’s Day!

BOARD MEETING - OPEN FORUM UPDATES… you ask, we answer
Plug it in?? – Unfortunately, onsite car charging stations for your electrical car will have to wait. But you
never know what the future will hold. So stay “charged up” !!
Parking reminders – All parking tags or stickers will now be left in the vehicles unless you otherwise instruct Valet Management. It will be the resident’s responsibility to look after their personal tags or stickers. If
you do happen to loose or misplace the sticker or tag, a new one may be purchased for $25.00.
Basement leaks – Management has been working with Katsuya engineering in order to address the several leaks discovered from the piping in the basement area. Should you ever see any water marks on your
vehicle immediately alert valet so they may assist the situation.
