Dear Hedgerow friends and family of A Christmas Carol 2016, Please join us for our Annual A Christmas Carol Auditions and Potluck Sunday, October 9th, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. at Hedgerow Theatre, 64 Rose Valley Road, Rose Valley, PA 19063. As part of the tradition, please: ● bring a potluck dish to share ● feel free to invite family and friends ● all who audition please be prepared to sing a Christmas carol of your choice (a Cappella), and those auditioning for named parts please prepare sides from the attached document. This year we are featuring a special choir of all ages to sing carols during the performance. We are auditioning for the named roles of Past, Fan and/or the Cratchit children: Peter, Martha, Belinda, Tiny Tim & the two little Cratchits (male or female). Marley was as dead as a doornail. Scrooge and he were partners for I don’t know how many years. Scrooge was his sole friend and his sole mourner. And even Scrooge was not so dreadfully cut up by the sad event: He was an excellent man of business. For, on the very day of the funeral he solemnized it with a bargain.
