Conducted multi-sector assessment on past and current anti-corruption initiatives,
including elements of justice sector, public administration civil society and political
reform. Research was based on over 30 interviews and an extensive document
review. The final product includes an overview of BiH's political situation and
provides recommendations for policy and programmatic consideration by USAID
and the US Embassy in BiH.
Wrote BiH political analysis as preliminary research for a political economy

Led USAID-funded project aimed at engaging civil society in the constitutional
reform process. Identified and coordinated NGOs and activists to identify support
needed to improve bottom-up engagement in reform. Organized training and
technical support for NGOs to strengthen their potential impact. Informed
international community representatives of project to ensure broad coordination.

Deputy Director - Programs, Human Dimension (Jan. 2010 – April 2011)
Coordinated Mission programs related to democratization, good governance,
human rights and education, to ensure strategic cohesion and operational
effectiveness. Led team of subject matter experts and field office managers to
implement projects aimed at fulfilling the Mission’s mandate in supporting
implementation of the Dayton peace agreement and promoting political stability
and long-term conflict prevention and resolution. Chief of Party for USAID funded
extra-budgetary project on election management. Assisted in management of over
275 program staff in 14 locations throughout the country with a budget of
approximately 7.5 million Euro. Served as Acting Director from January–May 2010.
Deputy Director, Education Department (June 2006 – 2009)
Coordinated OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina efforts to depoliticize and
reform the education system in BiH in order to contribute to long-term state stability
and effective conflict management. Raised awareness of education as a basic right
for all, and develop projects to ensure educational access. Briefed Head of
Mission on education reform developments and status. Developed reports for
internal and external use on the state of education in BiH. Supervised team of
advisors throughout the country to ensure implementation of Department goals.
Supported project planning, implementation and evaluation activities. Set shortand long-term Departmental objectives, including annual budget requests.
Assisted in management of Department of over 50 staff, and budget of over 1
million Euro. Represented Department in absence of Director.

Mission planning recommendations. Analyzed organizational reporting practices in
order to make recommendations and implement reforms and improvements

staff of the OHR and OSCE to gather information for the Chairman’s final report to
the High Representative. Report included the Chairman’s recommendations,
history of post-war Mostar, Commission mandate, rules of work and needed
