❏ Pay Application Fee
Pay the $40 application fee online or by check, cash, money order
or apply for an application fee waiver; a FAFSA is required to apply
for the waiver.
❏ Submit Transcripts
Submit official college transcripts from each institution you’ve
attended (dated less than three months). If you have less than 24
credit hours, you must submit your high school transcript and ACT/
SAT scores.
RECOMMENDED
❏ Submit FAFSA
Using OSU school code 003170, submit your FAFSA beginning
Oct. 1 in the calendar year prior to the year you plan to attend
OSU. Aid is available for both full- and part-time students.
❏ Visit Campus
