Overview
Rollerplast’s unique design enables easy, efficient, and safe trellising of greenhouse tomato plants.
RollerPlast’s advantages:

• Disposable spool with up to 16 meters of UV resistance twine.

• Suitable for 2.5 to 3.5 mm trellising wire.
Operating Instructions
A. Installing and reloading the spool
RollerPlast is composed of two parts, spool and hook. For the first installation, or after spool replacement, perform the
following steps to install the spool on its hook:
1. Verify the correct orientation of the spool (b) and
insert the spool (b) onto its axle (a) until the axle
snaps click. To remove the spool, pull it off its axel.

2. Pull the twine from the spool and wind it around
the groove at the tip of the hook.

B. Installing RollerPlast on the Greenhouse Trellising Wire
Hang RollerPlast on the trellising wire (b).
Verify that the spool (a) is facing the direction in which the plants will be lowered.
C. Routine Usage To lower the plant:
1. Lift the trellising twine with one hand and slide
RollerPlast with the other hand. The twine tie
becomes loose so you can pull the twine length
required to lower the plant.

2. Slide RollerPlast in the direction that the plant
leans while lowering the plant.
