By the time you have used up all but one or two of your bond supply, I will have sent you a new supply of 10 bonds along with a RECEIPT FOR BONDS which you will fill out and return to me promptly and another bond register to be filled out as instructed. You will be billed for notary bonding is on an account current basis. A statement will be sent after the end of each calendar month with a transaction detail and net amount due for the bonds you issued for the month. A net due accounting method is also acceptable if you prefer to send a check for $20 (the $35 bond premium less your $15 commission) with each bond you issue.
