· Set aside equal amounts for Sun Bliss tomatoes and bocconcini

1 pint Mucci Farms Sun Bliss Sweet Grape Tomatoes
2 oz (57 g) Mucci Farms Naked Leaf Living Basil
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 tub (385 g) of Pearl bocconcini cheese
Sea salt and pepper
14 -18 toothpicks
· Set aside equal amounts for Sun Bliss tomatoes
and bocconcini cheese. Slice tomatoes in half and
toss in a bowl with extra-virgin olive oil, sea salt
and pepper.
· Place a basil leaf on the toothpick, followed by half
of a tomato. Next place a bocconcini ball on the
skewer followed by the bottom half of a tomato.
