Cranberry Protein Powder: a 100% cranberry protein powder extract made from whole North American domestic
cranberry seeds. This reddish-brown, free-flowing powder is manufactured by a patented cold extrusion and filtration process
without enzymes or extraction solvents. The protein powder contains at least 50% fiber and 25% crude protein.
Cranberry 90% Juice Powder: a rose colored juice powder made by spray-drying cranberry concentrate. A great
cost-effective and versatile cranberry product!
PAC-Standardized Cranberry Extracts
Ocean Spray® Cranberry 90MX Powder: a pink-red, free-flowing powder prepared by spray-
drying cranberry concentrate. This powder contains a minimum 0.5% proanthocyanidins (PACs) as
measured by the BL-DMAC method.
Cranberry 1.5% PAC Extract Powder: a free-flowing light red powder produced by spray-drying
the whole cranberry. This extract delivers a minimum 1.5% PACs as measured by the BL-DMAC method.
Cranberry 5% PAC Extract Powder: a red, free-flowing spray-dried powder made from the
whole cranberry fruit and standardized to a minimum of 5% PACs (via BL-DMAC). This cost-effective
powder is great for delivering a potent level of PACs to any formulation.
Cranberry 14% PAC Extract Powder: a brilliant red, premium extract delivering the highest
PAC level available on the market (via BL-DMAC). Perfect for formulations with a targeted dose where
space is limited. This spray-dried extract is made from the whole cranberry and consists of a minimum
14% PACs. Just 260mgs delivers the 36mg level of PACs that is linked to urinary tract health.
