COMBINE all the ingredients except the
margarine and water in a large bowl and
TOSS.
HEAT skillet on high and MELT
margarine.
ADD apple mixture and water to the skillet
and COOK on high for 2-3 minutes or
until boiling. STIR occasionally.
REDUCE heat to medium and COVER.
COOK 5 minutes or until squash and
apples are semi tender.
