CAA is currently seeking a Full Time Member Service Counsellor for the St. John’s NL region. The Position: This blended position is primarily responsible for providing services to Members and clients by assessing their needs to determine the best possible solution through the sale, service or referral of appropriate CAA products or services. Critical to this position is a complete knowledge of CAA Membership and all CAA products, services, Member benefits. This position is also responsible for assessing clients’ needs and to provide travel solutions within North America through the delivery of appropriate CAA products and services. Major Accountabilities/Responsibilities: Provide exceptional sales and service delivery Assess Members’ needs and facilitate solutions by offering the most relevant products and services Accurately complete Membership, product and service transactions in a timely and confidential manner Identify opportunities to intercept and provide Members with direction as they enter premises, enhance Members existing service, upgrade Membership level and refer Member to other CAA businesses Facilitate awareness and participate in CAA’s Advocacy and Community Services events as required Facilitate sales, renewals, service and information relative to Membership Contribute to Membership growth and retention Providing domestic travel information to individuals regarding destinations, transportation and accommodation options/travel costs and recommend products Assessing needs of individual clients and counseling the clients’ accordingly to the most suitable travel product or service.
