We have quite a bit of history here. Our lifestyle dates way back
to 1998 when Bill Clinton was in power over the U.S. After the
hard and rough times of war, Bill Clinton followed by his
government staff decided to talk Jean Chrétien, the primminister of Canada at the time, who was always open to peace
throughout the world. There two men put their minds together
through long hours of day and night which lead up to signing a
deal and forming the Community, located deep under the
Mediterranean sea; close to Crete where it was founded.
In 2011, The Community gained“Safest place
in the world” award from the US and later on
gained the “Most eco-friendly environment”
award from Paris, France. Come and visit the
homes of the local people that first settled in
the community known as “dwellings”. We are
now Known Worldwide! The Community has now
been developed into a vacation and permanent
residential stay for everyone around the world;
open to peace, paradise, and a comfortable
safe living.

Life Begins Here dWhat is it?-­‐ Life Begins here! The Nurturing
Centre is a place for newborns
where they are born. All the
children in the community are
born here through Birthmothers,
each possessing their own
different individual personalities
that make them unique. No
matter what race and
appearance, each and every one
of the newborns here at the
Nurturing Center are taken care
of with equal attention.
Our caring Nurturers-­‐ At the Nurturing Centre, each
newborn at birth is take care of
by a Nurturer until they become
a one and are assigned to a
family unit. The Nurturers must
have certain personality traits to
become a Nurturer and be
chosen by one of the elders of
our community. They must be
kind, gentle, and caring. Our
number one rule that must not be
broken is not for the Nurturers
to become emotionally attached
to the newborns. When the
newborns reach the age of a one
during the Ceremony, they are
assigned to a family unit who
must then take on the
responsibility of caring for their
child.

The wisest people you will ever meet
Who?-­‐ The House of the Hold consists of the Community’s
wisest people both male and female that reside
there in peace and happiness. It is a place where
the elders of our community and elsewhere can feel
safe and secure; like it was their own home. The
home is sanitary and has a very calm and warm
atmosphere; each and everyone should feel
comfortable and safe, that is our goal. Volunteers
starting from the age of 8 begin kindly helping out
by either bathing or keeping the elders company. It
is a great experience for you and your child. Come
and bring your Grandparents too to our humble
home and meet new people!
The Elders-­‐ The Elders are the wisest people in the Community
and they all live right here! They are in charge of
every thing that takes place here in the Community;
from the Assignments that go out to the twelves to
new developments. If there is a problem or
something on your mind that is troubling you
personally, most people feel free and open to
share their feelings with the Elders. Safety and
Discipline is also taken care of by our elders to
ensure that safety is held throughout the
community.
Get your child to volunteer-­‐ By the age of an Eight, children can begin
volunteering at the House of The Old throughout
certain hours during the day. This includes bathing
the Elders (girls bathe the men; boys bathe the
men) and sometimes simply talking to them.

Experiences
Experience the best of it!
Where and Who? Bring your friends and family to come
and enjoy a very cultural experience. All
of our packages include a special day
pass to visit and stay overnight at a
local person’s home known as a
“dwelling”. Our local members of the
community will invite you into their
dwelling and make their living space
feel like your own. Food will be
provided and cooked by the family that
you are assigned to. Meals will be
served 3 times a day including tea time
and snack that takes place a few hours
before diner. All food is vegetarian so
the healthy and organic meals are open
to anyone! Part of your stay will include
experiencing cultural practices such as
sharing your feelings of the day at the
dinner table followed by sharing dreams
in the morning. These experiences have
been proven to bring families closer
together.

Community and is open
from ages 1 throughout
all of your life. We
believe that our
students should work up
to the highest education
standards in order to
prepare for their
individual Assignments
once reaching the age
of a twelve and
attending the Ceremony
and at the Grand

everyone of our schools have a zero tolerance level for
bullying. We encourage our students to get along with
everyone as in the rules of the Community, if there is any

Life moves on, but we celebrate every moment along the way
Lets celebrate! Every December, a special ceremony takes place here in our community at the Grand Auditorium. It is
known as the Ceremony, a coming of age event. Every year, age groups from newborns, one’s, two’s
and all the way up to twelve’s attend this special ceremony where something is changed in their daily
lives and they receive a special gift or item assigned to them according to their age group. From
comfort objects, to ribbons, jacket buttons, bicycles, and finally your Final Assignment; the role in
life that you will carry on throughout the years. You final assignment is chosen by the wisest people
of the community, the Elders. Throughout your childhood, the Elders observe each and every one of
the children of the community; observing their actions, ways and behavior that designates who they
are. Lovers and children are also found here at this ceremony. At a certain age, each adult is
assigned a wife or husband that could end up being the love of their life. Later on each couple is
assigned a girl, later on a boy. Part of the rules is having one boy and girl in your family unit so the
population of the Community does not overflow...we want to stay organized!

When the Community was first created in 1998, the
goal in mind was to create a place away from war
and danger. The Elders have ensured that
everything is safe within the Community so that
everyone can have an enjoyable experience. The
Community has one several awards throughout the
years such as “The Safest Place on Earth” award in
2003.
