Method:

Mix together the mayonnaise and mustard.

Slice the bread rolls and arrange the mustard, mayonnaise, sliced tomatoes and lettuce on top of the fillet
in the rolls.

Season with freshly ground black pepper.
Tips to Reduce Preparation & Cooking Time:

Use a sharp knife when slicing the beef fillet.

Use mayonnaise that is already flavored instead of making a mustard mayonnaise to reduce preparation time.

Exchange the whole wheat rolls with whole wheat bread if the rolls are not available.
