Go to www.district8ll.com and select Travel League Baseball—Big League Baseball—Travel League website You will now see the Travel League website interface. This is where you will access the Travel League information throughout the year. For pitch count data entry select Report Pitch Count . This will bring you to the login screen for the Ages 15 to 18. I have setup all the coaches with a username and password. You will be responsible for entering all pitching records during the season. Enter your username and password and then select Submit. You will now see the information screen. This is where you can access game data, pitcher data, and team data. The only ones you will be concerned with are game data and pitcher data. In the beginning of the season you will see no data, as the season progresses this will start to populate with data. To start off you will need to add pitchers. To start entering pitchers select Pitcher Data on the left side of the menu. To add a pitcher select Add new. You will only have to enter a pitcher’s name once. When the pitcher has been added he will be available for any game data entry from then on. STEP 1‐ Enter the pitchers name. STEP 2‐ Select your division from the Division drop down box. STEP 3‐ Select your team from the Team drop down box. Step 4‐ Select Save. If you need to add another pitcher repeat STEPS 1 thru 4. When you are finished select Back to list. To enter pitch count data select Game Data on the left side of the menu. Select Add new. You will now see the Game Data entry screen. STEP 1‐ Select Division from the drop down box. STEP 2‐ Select your name from the Coach drop down box. Your team will be automatically selected. STEP 3‐ Select the appropriate pitcher from the Pitcher drop down box. You will notice that any pitcher you have entered for you team will appear here. STEP 4‐ Select the calendar icon to the right of the Date Pitched box. STEP 5‐ Select the appropriate date. STEP 6‐ Enter the number of pitches and select Save. If you need to enter another pitcher repeat STEPS 1 thru 6. Once you have entered all your pitchers for the game played select Back to list. Your data will now appear for your pitchers. Required Rest Days and Eligible Pitch Date are automatically calculated and displayed. When you are done you can select logout to exit the application After each game I will post the current pitch counts. You are responsible for the eligibility of a player coming from their local League to our Travel League.
