1. Yield rate of binding wire is 100%
The binding mechanism of this machine uses all binding wires
completely (100%) and therefore no wire is wasted.

2. Continuous supply of binding wire
Without stopping the binding machine operation, even during
automatic operation, the binding wire can be supplied
continuously, and therefore no time is wasted.
3. Tight binding
The binding section of this machine consists of feeding,
clamping, tightening, cutting, and wire twisting mechanisms.
Especially in the binding process, twisting is carried out only
when there is a tension (variable) in the binding wire.
Therefore, extremely tight binding is made possible.
4. Safety measures for knot
Both ends of the binding wire after binding are bent to the
work piece side. Therefore, there is no risk involved during the
handing work.
5. Strong, secure binding
Strong, secure binding is ensured as the above items, 3.1 3.4, illustrate.
Piling breaks during handling work and the dropping of binding
wires rarely occur. With regard to this, we have a good
reputation with all our customers, in every field.
Sequence of the operation
This machine is operated under electorohydraulic contorol in the following.
