Colorado State University National Residence Hall Honorary RAMS Chapter Constitution ARTICLE I NAME Section 1. The organization name shall be the RAMS Chapter at Colorado State University of the National Residence Hall Honorary, herein referred to as NRHH. ARTICLE II PURPOSE Section 1. The purpose of NRHH is to develop responsible future leaders for the global community by engaging and empowering students through the NRHH values. NRHH is a leadership-based honorary comprised of exemplary residential students who value recognition and service. Section 2. ARTICLE III MISSION STATEMENT AND VISION NACURH NRHH Vision Section 1. NRHH strives to unite a community of distinguished members who embody the values through a lifelong commitment to the honorary. NACURH NRHH Mission Statement As an honorary, NRHH provides a dynamic leadership experience by promoting recognition and service. Through this, NRHH chapters offer our members diverse avenues to grow and succeed in the residence halls and as engaged members in their communities. CSU NRHH Mission Statement Section 2. Section 3. As an honorary, NRHH provides dynamic leadership experience by promoting recognition, service, leadership development and academic achievement. Through this, the Rams Chapter of NRHH offers our members diverse avenues to grow and succeed in the CSU residence halls and through engaging in the Fort Collins community. Section 4. CSU Non-Discrimination Statement Colorado State University Does not discriminate on the basis of race, age, color, religion, national origin or ancestry, sex, gender, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, or gender identity or expression. ARTICLE IV MEMBERSHIP Section 1. A . Membership Types Active Membership An active member of the NRHH Chapter is one that has been inducted into the Chapter and is currently living in on-campus housing. Temporary leaves from on-campus housing such as, but not limited to, co-ops, internships, or study abroad, will not affect the individual’s active status of NRHH. In the case of a temporary leave, the NRHH member should notify the Vice President of Business Administration and Retention in writing detailing the reason for and duration of the temporary leave. September 9, 2016 1 B . An active CSU NRHH chapter member must not have more than 3 unexcused absences from general meetings during a semester. Unexcused absences will be the discretion of the President and Vice-Presidents. Early Alumni Membership An early alumni member of the CSU NRHH chapter is a member that is still living in the residence halls but can no longer meet the chapter membership requirements as outlined in Article IV, Section 2, Active Membership and the General Body Expectations Agreement. These members are not calculated for the 1% membership cap. The following guidelines apply to the procedure of applying for early alumni membership status: 1. The member and/or chapter must complete the early alumni membership application from the Regional AD-NRHH which shall include the signatures of Chapter President, Vice President of Administration and Retention, advisor, and chapter member for whom the form is being completed. 2. The completed early alumni membership application shall be submitted to the Regional AD-NRHH for approval. 3. The number of early alumni members a chapter shall be granted per academic year will not exceed ten percent of the chapter’s membership cap. 4. It is the right of the Regional AD-NRHH to deny requests for reasons including, but not limited to: a The application form is incomplete. b 5. C . The Regional AD-NRHH does not believe that sufficient measures were taken by the chapter to address the member’s inactivity with chapter business before submitting the application. c The chapter has exceeded its allotted early alumni membership approvals for the year. In the case the member and/or chapter wishes to appeal refer to the IACURH Governing Documents to file said appeal. The decision of the AD-NRHH board shall be final. Alumni Membership An alumni member of the NRHH Chapter is a member that has moved off campus or is no longer a student. These members are not calculated within the 1% cap. D . Honorary Membership An Honorary membership is designed to recognize people including, but not limited to, housing personnel, instructors, college or university staff and those who have demonstrated outstanding support and service to the residence hall students. Individuals who could qualify for general membership, with the exception of graduating seniors, cannot be inducted as an “honorary member.” The number of September 9, 2016 2 E. Section 2. A . honorary members a chapter shall be able to induct per academic year will not exceed ten percent of the chapter’s membership cap. These members are not calculated in the 1% cap. Membership Capacity The general membership of a chapter may include up to, but not more than, 1% of the residence hall population that year. The residence hall population is comprised of the students living in the in the residence halls, and not anyone in the on campus apartments. The total 1% membership cap only includes active membership. Membership Qualifications Active 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. B . Shall have resided in the residence hall for at least one semester, including the semester of application/selection. Shall be in good disciplinary standing and have at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA, if special conditions arise it is at the discrepancy of the President and VPBA. Shall have demonstrated community service and leadership in the residence hall at CSU by participating in at least 8 hours of service, 4 of which are NRHH affiliated. Shall attend 75% of general body meetings. Shall write 1 OTM per month. Early Alumni 1. C . Shall have resided in the residence hall for at least two semesters as an active member of the association. Alumni Member 1. D . Members who live on campus, in a residence hall, but cannot complete the requirements of Active Members can apply for Early Alumni Status 2. Shall receive emails and meetings times as a courtesy, however, will not be expected to meet the General Body Expectations Agreement. 3. Shall maintain a 2.5 cumulative GPA and maintain good standing with the university. 4. Shall participate in 8 hours of service per semester, 4 of which are NRHH affiliated. 5. Shall attend 2 general body meetings per semester. 6. In the case if a temporary leave of absence, the alumni shall maintain their alumni member status provided that the leave of absence is no longer than one (1) academic year. Honorary Member 1. 2. September 9, 2016 Shall have demonstrated community service and leadership in the residence life community at CSU. Honorary Members shall not exceed 10% of the membership cap per year. 3 Section 3. A . Membership Process Membership Nomination/Interest 1. 2. B . 3. Any faculty, staff, or student of CSU can nominate any resident for membership. An informational meeting will be held for those that are interested as well as those who are nominated, to help answer any questions about the organization. The executive board will set application deadlines. 4. Induction ceremonies will occur once a semester. Selection Procedures 1. 2. C . September 9, 2016 Selection Committee a The selection committee shall be comprised of the current NRHH executive board. b Names of potential members will not be revealed until the voting process has completed. The VPAR will be the only executive board member to know the identities of applicants and will not have a vote during selection process c Applicants must receive at least 50% + 1 of the votes of those active members, which vote during the selection process. d The NRHH advisor does not have a vote during the Member selection though they should be present during the discussion to ensure applicants are treated equally. Selection Standards a At no time shall the active membership of the chapter exceed one (1) percent of the total population of the residence halls. - Note: This number will vary from year to year and determined after the fall census date. b Honorary members are not recognized as members by the national office, but play an important role in the success of the chapter. Honorary members are allowed into the association, but must fulfill all the expectations laid out in their interest in the rest of this document, unless they qualify as a Non-Resident Honorary Member. c Honorary members of NRHH must contribute outstanding service, leadership and involvement to be considered for active membership. NRHH Membership Transfer Policy a NRHH members that are transferring schools at any educational level, including incoming graduate students and incoming doctorial students, are able to apply to have their NRHH membership transferred from their outgoing institution to their incoming institution b Each NRHH chapter is able to accept/reject transfer members at their own discretion. If accepted, these members shall become active members of the new chapter. The Membership Transfer Policy must be outlined according to 4 c d e f g ARTICLE V. ADVISOR Section 1. Section 2. Section 3. A . B . C . Section 4. September 9, 2016 the following: i. The student applying to transfer their membership must be fully matriculated at the new institution. ii. The student seeking to transfer their membership must contact the chapter president and advisor in writing detailing why they want to transfer their membership, how they benefitted their previous chapter and residence hall system, and how they hope to be involved in the new chapter. iii. Each chapter is able to come up with their own process detailing how letters will be evaluated If approved, the student and/or new chapter must complete the membership transfer application. The membership transfer application may be obtained from the region’s AD-NRHH The membership transfer application shall include signatures from the following individuals: i. The incoming chapter’s President ii. The incoming chapter’s Advisor iii. The NRHH member who is seeking to transfer their membership It is the right of the region’s AD-NRHH to deny requests for reasons including, but not limited to: i. The application form is incomplete ii. Adding new member(s) puts the chapter over its member cap If the member and/or chapter wish to appeal the decision of the region’s AD-NRHH, they may appeal to the entire NNB. The decision of the NNB shall be final. In the event of an appeal to the NNB: i. Each AD-NRHH shall have one vote. ii. A simple majority shall be necessary, with tie-breaking vote when necessary. The Office of Residence Life shall appoint the advisor(s). The advisor’s role shall be to represent Housing and Dining Services viewpoints and regulations and to help the cabinet members to direct the development of representatives and members, according to the NRHH goals and mission. The advisor(s) must attend cabinet meetings, unless cabinet requests otherwise. The NRHH advisor(s) shall have no vote in NRHH or cabinet meetings and should show discretion concerning the voicing of their opinions during chapter meetings. During Elections the NRHH Advisor(s) does not cast a vote but counts the votes of members with the highest ranking NRHH Executive Board Member who is not running the elections. During any impeachment proceedings the Advisor(s) shall not cast a vote but mediate the process. September 9, 2016 The advisor(s) shall be a CSU faculty, staff or graduate student (with consent from their supervisor). CABINET The order that the chair passes in the cabinet shall be President, Vice President of Administration and Retention, Vice President of Leadership Development, Vice President of Service and Advocacy, Vice President of Recognition, Vice President of Academics and Learning, Vice President of Marketing and Recruitment then the RHA President. The highest-ranking officer present, not a proxy, shall preside over the NRHH general body meeting. If a position in cabinet becomes vacant before the first NRHH meeting of the year, the president may appoint a member to fulfill the position. The appointee must be ratified during the first NRHH meeting. In the event that a cabinet position becomes vacant after the first NRHH meeting, the election procedure described below shall be used to elect an NRHH inducted member to the vacant position. If the President’s office becomes vacant, the Vice President of Business Administration shall automatically become President, and a new Vice President of Business Administration shall be elected. If the Vice President of Business Administration is unable or unwilling to fulfill the duties of the President, the position will be filled through the election process only open to active members. The cabinet must construct a fiscal budget within a week after the fall census date of the fall semester. This budget must be approved by the executive board and presented to the chapter within a month of the census date. Cabinet compensation shall consist of full room and board, in a hall determined by the Advisors and the coordinator. If a cabinet member does not serve an entire semester, that individual will be removed from their current housing assignment. A contract will be made outlining expectations for each cabinet member as stated in constitution by-laws. All cabinet members shall be required to spend at least seven (7) hours each week in the office. However, no more than ten (10) hours in a given week will be counted. These seven (7) hours shall be on a fixed schedule, which will be posted at the office and given to the general body by the third meeting of each semester. Changes to office hours will only be considered for academic and extenuating circumstances. All NRHH cabinet must have and maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5. The additional duties and responsibilities of each cabinet member and NRHH member shall be specified in the by-laws. GENERAL BODY MEETINGS The NRHH general body meeting shall meet at a time and place as specified in the by-laws unless the cabinet feels it is unnecessary to meet or impossible because of circumstances beyond the cabinet’s control. The chair of the NRHH general body meeting may not interject any personal opinion or bias into the meeting unless the chair is first transferred to the next ranking cabinet position. 6 Section 3. The NRHH general body meeting shall follow parliamentary procedure according to an abbreviated form of Robert’s Rules of Order, except when in conflict with the constitution. The quorum of a general body meeting must be 2/3 Representatives/Active Members. Section 4. ARTICLE VIII. Section 1. FINANCE A . B . Funds for NRHH are allocated by Housing and Dinning Services per residential student living in a residence hall on the 19th day of the academic year. Before the transfer of funds to the NRHH account, NRHH cabinet members will have equal access alongside RHA cabinet members to the Cabinet Discretionary Fund. For a current breakdown of the year’s allocation per student can be found after the census date. Money from rollover from the previous year will get allocated out to each position appropriately. The signature of the VP of Administration and Retention must be on any financial document to be considered a valid monetary document. COMMITTEES All committees shall meet at times agreed upon by the said committee. The chair(s) shall be responsible for setting long and short-term goals in accordance to the purpose of the committee as stated in the by-laws and constitution. Chair(s) must report all absences of committee members to the Vice President of Administration and Retention. The purpose and responsibilities of each standing committee shall be specified in the by-laws. OF THE MONTH (OTM) AWARDS Each active member of NRHH is required to write at least one OTM each month. The nomination shall be submitted to the OTM website (http://otms.nrhh.org/) by the first of each month following the month of nomination. If an active member misses an OTM for a month, it can be made up the next month. Members will be put on probation if they have not submitted a sufficient amount of OTM’s by the end of semester. AMENDMENTS AND RATIFICATION Any changes made to the constitution must be ratified through the amendment process by voting members. By-laws must be approved yearly by a two thirds (2/3) majority of the general body. Any constitutional amendments that are ratified must be reflected in the by-laws. ELECTIONS 7 Section 1. A . September 9, 2016 Timeline NRHH Executive Officer elections will be held before the registration of the NACURH conference to ensure that the President-Elect will attend the conference as the representative from the chapter. Nominations/Eligibility Members with at least one semester of involvement with the organization qualify to run for an executive position. A presentation NRHH President on how to run for a position will include instructions for candidates position descriptions and will also include questions about the applicant’s involvement as well as experience with NRHH, contact information for the candidate, and position descriptions and an updated constitution. Applicants are of the understanding that they will need to commit twenty (20) hours a week for NRHH meetings, advisor one on ones, seven (7), office hours, general organization advancement, etc. with the understanding that more time could be required depending on the organization’s responsibilities at the time. Election Process Each candidate will have a five (5) minute speech/presentation to the general body. After the speech, there will be a five (5) minute question and answer period. This time is extendable one time by five (5) minutes. After each candidate has given their speech and taken questions, all will step out of the room and general members will begin a ten (10) minute discussion period. This time is extendable one time by five (5) minutes. Members will vote by secret ballot for a candidate, abstain, or a vote of no-confidence. A majority of 50% +1 is needed to elect a candidate into a position. If a majority is not met, the general body can either revote, go into another round of Q &A and discussion, use the single transferable method, or reopen the position entirely. If a simple majority is not met more than twice the NRHH President shall cast the tie breaking vote. In the event a position is not filled during the election process, the President may appoint a volunteer to the position with input from the advisors. REMOVAL OF EXECUTIVE OFFICERS Submit to the highest ranking officer not being impeached a petition with two thirds (2/3) of the active membership signatures along with the charges against the officer. The officer up for removal shall receive written notice of intent to remove at least 7 days prior to the meeting of removal. At least 50% + 1 of the active membership must be present at the meeting in which the removal will take place. The highest ranking officer who is not being charged shall run the removal proceedings. The charges will be reviewed and the officer being charged shall have five (5) minutes to present their case. 8 Section 6. The officer can only be removed with 50% +1 of the vote of active members. If the majority is not met the Executive Officer is not impeached. If there are additional charges against the officer, there must be a new petition with the additional charges. Section 7. September 9, 2016 The following information includes expectations that NRHH will strive to meet. The executive board will monitor these expectations in an effort to retain members and improve the quality of work that we are trying to accomplish. All Members Members of the honorary must maintain a 2.5 cumulative GPA while enrolled as an honorary or active member; if special conditions arise it is at the discretion of the President and VPBA. The association will have weekly meetings for the general body. It is expected that members who are unable to make the meetings, email the Vice President of Business Administration. All members are expected to attend 75% of the general body meetings throughout the year. All members are expected to participate in at least eight (8) service hours per semester, four (4) of which must be completed with the chapter. Exceptions are to the discrepancy of the VP of Service Learning with due notice and all hours shall be recorded to the VP of Service Learning by the end of each active semester. All members are expected to serve on at least one (1) committee as a representative, active or honorary member of the organization. Honorary Members Honorary members should note that their participation within the organization is expected during their time with NRHH. They play an active and essential role in the development of the organization. Shall not have a vote regardless of involvement. In the event that a pre-established honorary member would like to become an active member they may submit an induction application. As the identities of induction applicants are kept from the executive board to be considered for induction. Non-Resident Honorary Members Non-resident honorary members will typically include university staff and faculty who may not live on campus. Additionally, their professional role in the residence halls may keep them from being an active part of the organizations development. It should be noted that these individuals are essential to Colorado State University; however, they will not be required to meet the General Body Expectations after their induction into the organization. These members of the CSU community can be utilized for programming and advice as needed and they are recognized for their great work in the residence halls and dedication to our organizations success. Active Members In addition to the expectations laid out for all members; active members will recognize their voting right within the association and be asked to be involved with voting of different issues. In the event that a member cannot make it to a voting meeting, they forfeit their vote. 9 B . Section 5. A . Section 6. A . B . C . D . ARTICLE XV A . B . C . D . E. F. September 9, 2016 Active members should also recognize that they were not selected at random for this position and they are looked upon as a leader and an example within the association. Alumni Members It is recognized that alumni members no longer live on the CSU campus and thus it may be difficult to maintain involvement with the organization. Alumni members are valued for their service to NRHH in the past, but are not required to meet the General Body Expectations. If they choose to attend meetings they will be allowed speaking rights, but not voting rights unless voted on by majority of executive board members. Their participation in chapter development and events is appreciated and encouraged, but not required. Early Alumni Members As noted above, Early Alumni Members are no longer able to meet the expectations of the individual chapter. If a member is placed in early alumni membership, their active position is opened within the organization. Members that are unable to fulfill the above listed expectations will have organizational consequences. Members will be notified by letter that they are currently on probation in the association. If expectations are not fulfilled, the board will take further action. The executive board will move forward with the Region AD-NRHH Policy outlined for establishing Early Alumni Membership. REMOVAL OF INDUCTED MEMBERS The Removal of Inducted Members may be enacted if an Active member can no longer meet the chapter membership expectations. If an Active member is removed, they no longer count towards the 1% membership cap. The following guidelines apply to the procedure for the removal of an Active member: 1. The member and/or chapter must complete the NRHH Member Removal Application. 2. The form must include the electronic signatures of the chapter President and chapter advisor. 3. This form must be submitted electronically The completed Member Removal application shall be submitted to the region’s AD-NRHH for approval. The amount of members for removal is up to the discretion of the chapter It is the right of the region’s AD-NRHH to deny requests for removal for reasons including, but not limited to: 1. Submission of an incomplete application form 2. The region’s AD-NRHH does not believe that sufficient measures have been taken by the chapter to address the member’s inactivity or ineligibility within the chapter prior to submission of the application. 10 G . If the member and/or chapter wish to appeal the decision, they may appeal to the Regional AD-NRHH through written request as to why the Candidate deserves to continue as a member of NRHH. Colorado State University National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH) By-Laws CHAPTER 1 MEETING Clause 1 The NRHH general body meeting meets weekly on Wednesdays at 7:00 PM in the lower level of the Durrell Center. All General body members and representatives wear casual clothing which excludes but is not limited to: Hats, ripped clothing, and offensive appeal. Clause 2 CHAPTER 2 GENERAL BODY MEETINGS Clause 1 If a representative obtains more than three (3) unexcused absences per semester, they could be impeached or replaced if the hall council decides. In order for an absence to be considered excused, the active member must call or write the VPAR at least 24 hours before the meeting that they will be missing. An absence may only be considered excusable for the following: a. Medical Clause 2. Clause 3. b School c Hall Council Event d Any other reason considered acceptable by both the President and the VP of Administration and Retention. An active member shall only be granted three (3) excused absences per semester unless the President or VPAR deems one or more said absences exempt from penalty. In case of a medical emergency, the active member must notify the VPBA before the next meeting. If sufficient proof is given, the absence will be counted as excused Clause 4. Clause 5. CHAPTER 3 CABINET Clause 1 D The responsibilities of the Cabinet, in general, are as follows: Shall meet weekly at the same time Residence Life student staff meeting. Shall attend Fall and Spring training as designated by the Office of Residence Life. Shall act as a resource for the Residence Directors/ Assistant Residence Directors in the elections of the Hall Council Members. Shall have two (2) working days to respond to an inquiry regarding NRHH. September 9, 2016 11 A B C E Clause 2 Clause 3 Shall construct a transition packet for their position during their terms, and turn it in to the President and Advisor as assigned. F Shall meet with the President and the advisors on a scheduled time agreed upon by both parties at least once a semester with the President and at least biweekly with the advisor. G Shall maintain an orderly and clean office space including minimizing food waste in the trash cans, empty mailboxes, clean off tables and dry erase boards once done with them, put supplies away after used, and role model proper use of office space for all students involved with SLP. H Shall attend NRHH General Body Meetings. I Shall plan and supervise an activity that corresponds to their position in accordance with their value week. J Shall write one OTM per month or as otherwise assigned. K Shall complete an evaluation process at the end of each semester with the advisor. President A The NRHH president will oversee all aspects of NRHH. B Shall act as a representative for the RAMS Chapter of NRHH at all IACURH and NACURH conferences C The President will sit on one (1) regional committee D The President will compile an agenda and send it out to representatives and members 24 hours before the NRHH meeting and proctor general meetings. E The President shall facilitate all elections F Shall oversee the monthly joint cabinet meeting in conjunction with the RHA President. G Shall have a 1-1 with each NRHH cabinet member at least twice (2) per semester H May cast a tie breaking vote. I Shall serve as the primary liaison for Residence Life J Shall meet weekly with an advisor K Shall meet with the Director of Residence Life in conjunction with the RHA President once (1) a semester L Shall present to the Director of Housing and Dining in conjunction with the RHA President at least once (1) a year. M Shall meet with the Resident Assistant staff of each hall once (1) per year. N Shall oversee the Of The Year voting process in conjunction with the RHA President, NCC, and Vice President of Recognition O Shall have the discretionary ability to create all NRHH committees and appoint the chairperson of said committees P Shall serve on the Residence Hall Association Executive Board as an Ex-Officio member of both boards to give reports and to further connect the two organizations. Vice-President of Administration and Retention A The VPAR will manage office operations and supplies in collaboration with RHA Director of Business Administration (DBA). B Shall be responsible for the composition of minutes for both NRHH general body meetings as well as NRHH Executive Board meetings. C Shall be responsible for planning and facilitating induction ceremonies in September 9, 2016 12 conjunction with the Vice President of Marketing and Recruitment once per semester. D Shall monitor the financial resources of NRHH E Shall oversee any fundraising activities for NRHH F Shall register the organization through RAMLink G Shall monitor office hours of the NRHH executive board and general body H Shall facilitate two (2) retention events per semester, I Shall communicate with the NRHH alumni at least once (1) per month. J Shall monitor attendance in NRHH General Body Meetings. K Shall maintain a database of all Active, Early Alumni, Alumni, and Honorary members. H Shall create and facilitate a mentoring program for the first year students within NRHH. I Shall facilitate leadership weeks for NRHH General Body . J Shall create the SLP handbook for new members of NRHH Vice-President of Advocacy and Service A Shall facilitate three (3) service programs per semester. B Shall facilitate two (2) advocacy programs per semester. C Shall act as liaison to the Inclusive Community Assistants. D Shall coordinate and facilitate National Residence Hall Month activities for . Vice-President of Marketing and Recruitment A Shall maintain and organize pictures and documents for NRHH, Shall manage, update, and develop the NRHH website, (see Appendix, Section G II) B Shall create and distribute two (2) NRHH newsletters to the residential community C per semester, Shall meet once per month in conjunction with the RHA Director of Marketing and D Promotions to collaborate Shall manage all aspects of social media related to NRHH, E Shall design and produce all advertising and marketing materials for NRHH, Shall represent NRHH at Student Staff Council F Shall plan and facilitate two (2) recruitment programs per semester, Shall be responsible for planning and facilitating induction ceremonies in G conjunction with the Vice President of Administration and Retention once per H semester I Buddy Halls A Each cabinet member shall be assigned to one hall where they will reside. B Each cabinet member shall act as a resource and support their respective buddy hall’s Resident Director (RDs) and /or Assistant Resident Director (ARDs) to the Hall Council. Any matters not referenced in the NRHH By-laws shall be reference with the RHA Constitution and By-Laws. RATIFICATION The current active members of NRHH, present during the constitution meeting, shall enact this by-laws following a two thirds (2/3) majority vote. OFFICE HOURS Cabinet office hours shall be completed between seven (7) a.m. to ten (10) p.m. between Monday through Friday. Shall not be completed on weekends or on a day when there is no school. If office hours are missed the previous week, they must be made up by the following Friday. If a Cabinet office hour will be missed or completed outside of the office, a notice must be sent to Cabinet, advisors, and Representatives. All Representatives shall complete at least one (1) office hour a week within the time of Cabinet office hours. Office hours cannot be completed during other meetings unless specified by cabinet, or when the office is not open for representatives to come in. Any falsification of office hours on time sheet shall be cause for impeachment proceedings without further warning. If a student chooses to be involved in a committee, the committee meeting can count as one (1) office hour. If a student misses a committee meeting they can make up the hour with any Executive Board Member during office hours. CABINET AS MENTORS (CAM) PROGRAM Shall be coordinated by the VPLD and VPAR. Representatives and Cabinet members will be paired up at Fall Hall. Any new Representative must be paired up with a CAM at the Fall Hall retreat and any representatives appointed after then must be paired up with a CAM within one (1) week of their arrival into NRHH. After pairing of the CAMs and Representatives the group will organize events together throughout the year. COMMITTEES Chairs of each Committee shall be determined at the beginning of the year before Fall Hall, at the discretion of the President. NRHH general representatives are highly encouraged to sit on a committee but are not required. If a student chooses to become a Service or Recognition 15 Representative they will be required and responsible for sitting on a committee. September 9, 2016 16
