Help build the new Program Center! The Goal? Six Million Cans! This will raise $100,000 for the Program Center! The Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts are collecting aluminum cans to help raise money for the new joint Program Center to be built off I-90/Hwy 20 in Cherry Valley, Illinois. This is an opportunity for every Scout to participate in this historic campaign! Why should you help? The new Program Center is being built to offer indoor/outdoor program and overnight opportunities for Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts: new training facilities will positively impact every adult who works with Boy Scouts of the Blackhawk Area Council and Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois. Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts will have personal ownership in their new Program Center.
